About the Internship

Allgon is now looking for a LIA intern to support our Sustainability Reporting 2026, with a focus on data quality, structure, coordination, and process support. The internship is placed within Product Compliance & QESG and offers the opportunity to work closely with sustainability specialists, HR, and our international subsidiaries.

As a LIA intern, you will be an important part of the preparation and execution of the sustainability reporting process. The internship combines both operational and coordinating tasks and provides a clear connection to ESG requirements and reporting structures.

Examples of tasks:

• Update the sustainability database with organizational changes and current contact persons

• Identify and mark measures and KPIs to be reported

• Support the headcount project by mapping HR routines and contact persons

• Identify data that can be reported before year-end (qualitative parts)

• Consolidate 2025 data, including exports, checks, and preparation of the 2026 structure

• Prepare and support kick-off meetings with subsidiaries (bookings, presentations, materials)

• Update and quality assure the sustainability reporting manual

• Conduct initial reasonableness checks of incoming data

• Support final consolidation of 2025 baseline data

• Follow up to ensure subsidiaries have reported all available data before year-end

The internship period is during autumn 2026 and is based at our headquarters in Gothenburg.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a structured and motivated student who enjoys working with data, processes, and collaboration across functions. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable taking responsibility for your own tasks while contributing to a team effort. You communicate clearly, feel confident working in an international context, and are motivated by contributing to transparency and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Ongoing studies in sustainability, environmental studies, economics, HR, quality management, or a related field

• Ability to work in a structured and analytical way with high attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Comfort working with data structures, documentation, and quality checks

• Experience or knowledge in sustainability reporting, ESG, CSRD, GRI, or reporting tools is an advantage but not a requirement

• Fluency in English, Swedish is meritorious
