The IT department are a dedicated team of 10 colleagues, bringing together developers, support specialists, and integration experts. Right now, we are in an exciting phase where we are structuring and centralizing our IT services to better support the entire Allgon organization on a global scale. Our mission is to create a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment that enables innovation and growth across all subsidiaries.

About the Role
As IT Support, you will play a key role in delivering responsive, friendly, and solution‑oriented support to colleagues both onsite and remotely. You’ll work in a modern Microsoft 365 environment, supporting users, devices, security tools, and daily IT operations.
From troubleshooting issues to onboarding new employees and maintaining our workplace technology, you’ll help ensure our people have what they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and hardware, including troubleshooting issues.  

• Perform user, group, and device administration in Azure AD / Entra ID.

• Assist with endpoint security tools.

• Support onboarding/offboarding with ordering and configuring laptops, phones, and accessories.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and track software licenses.

• Support workplace technology such as docking stations, monitors, peripherals, and AV/conference room equipment.

• Create and maintain IT documentation, how-to material, and guides.

• Collaborate with senior IT and security colleagues or external partners for escalations and projects.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is service minded, communicative, and enjoys helping others solve technical challenges. You are structured, comfortable taking ownership, and work well with colleagues at all levels. Staying curious about new technologies, motivation to learn and grow, and ability to explain technical matters in a simple, supportive way will help you succeed in this role.

Key qualifications include:

• Experience in IT support/helpdesk role or similar.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID, familiarity with Intune is a plus.

• Good understanding of Windows device setup and troubleshooting.

• Experience with IT asset coordination and workplace setups, including conference room equipment.

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management, or similar.

• Interest in IT security and basic monitoring practices

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
