The Global Technical Support team is a central part of our organization, based at our headquarters in Gothenburg. The department plays a crucial role in providing technical support and developing product customizations for our subsidiaries and customers worldwide. Through close collaboration with product quality and product management, they actively contribute to improving and developing our products for the future.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead our Global Technical Support team and ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery across subsidiaries, customers, and project stakeholders. Working closely with R&D, Product Management, and other internal functions, you help resolve complex issues, support product customizations, and drive continuous improvements within the support function. Your leadership ensures efficient workflows, strong collaboration, and a customer‑focused approach across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Global Technical Support team.
Oversee daily support operations and technical activities across projects.
Act as main contact for subsidiaries and customers in technical matters and escalations.
Plan resources, staffing, training, and travel for technical support personnel.
Drive improvement initiatives in support processes and tools.
Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Manage documentation, reporting, and communication related to support performance and project status.
Travel to our subsidiaries when needed to carry out specific assignments or projects.
This role is based at our headquarters in Gothenburg and reports to the Chief Product Officer.

You combine a structured approach with strong interpersonal skills, and you have a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality technical support. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you know how to build strong relationships across departments and geographies.
Key qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in Technical Support, Service Management, or Engineering Leadership roles.
Proven experience in leading and developing high performing teams.
Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Category B driving license.
Meritorious qualifications:
PMP training.
Technical certifications (electronics, programming tools, etc.)
Programming or scripting experience.
ITIL or experience with ISO quality standards.
